I think I need a bigger jug for this delicious & nutritious Watermelon/lemon juice. And I just totally lost my #glassstraw in there, lol. πŸ˜‚

I juiced half an organic unfortunately seedless watermelon with rind and 2 organic lemons. 
πŸ‰πŸ‰πŸ‰πŸ‰πŸ‰πŸ‰πŸ‰πŸ‰πŸ‰πŸ‰πŸ‰
Do you have a day of the week where you only consume liquids to give your digestive system a rest and let your body heal?? 
I’m gonna be more conscious about this and have nothing but liquids, preferably juices on Wednesdays.

What is a great substitution for bananas in a recipe? Because sometimes I get a small allergic reaction to them, it's not serious but I don't like the discomfort.

When you get your allergic reaction to bananas what color are they when you eat them?? Do you make sure the bananas are fully ripe, that means they are a darker yellow with black spots on them, or do you eat the when they are still a little green??

Hello! I have been vegetarian for about 3 years and am moving into veganism, also trying to cut out more processed foods. What grains are healthy to eat? It's hard to not feel hungry all the time with just plants. Thank you :)

have you done an enema or had a colonic since changing your diet?? Check out Markus Rothkranz Video on enemas.Β 

Healthy Grains: millet, quinoa, amaranth, teff, rye, spelt, kamut, wheat, buckwheat(hulled and unhealed) and oat groats.

I would recommend soaking and sprouting them before you cook them.Β
