I think I need a bigger jug for this delicious & nutritious Watermelon/lemon juice. And I just totally lost my #glassstraw in there, lol. 😂
I juiced half an organic unfortunately seedless watermelon with rind and 2 organic lemons.
Do you have a day of the week where you only consume liquids to give your digestive system a rest and let your body heal??

What is a great substitution for bananas in a recipe? Because sometimes I get a small allergic reaction to them, it's not serious but I don't like the discomfort.Anonymous
When you get your allergic reaction to bananas what color are they when you eat them?? Do you make sure the bananas are fully ripe, that means they are a darker yellow with black spots on them, or do you eat the when they are still a little green??

Healthy Grains: millet, quinoa, amaranth, teff, rye, spelt, kamut, wheat, buckwheat(hulled and unhealed) and oat groats.
I would recommend soaking and sprouting them before you cook them.
